The need for electrical energy market liberalisation in ENTSO-E zone of the Continental Europe is growing. Therefore, it is highly important to develop appropriate software support for these purposes. DMS Group together with EKC Ltd. developed software for managing the auctioning processes for electrical energy commerce between countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

This system enables cross-border transmission capacity assessment between all the countries which are included in the auctioning process, on daily, monthly, and yearly level.

Software support is installed in CAO (Central Allocation Office CEE) in Freising, Germany. This software fullfils all requirements for scalability, robustness and simplicity of use.
