DMS Software is founded on an open, comprehensive, very flexible, CIM compatible and very efficient database:

• The database is open, since its comprehensive set of technical data could be extended, rearranged, or customized according to customer's requirements
  
• The database model is fully compliant with CIM model and database software can be chosen by the customer from any third-party RDBMS vendor (SQL server, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)
  
• The atabase fulfils two contradictory requirements: on one side, database is fully flexible taking into account a wide variety of network elements and configurations, and on the other side, the data management is very fast and efficient
